When was the last time you laughed so hard that you cried?
The prescription this week is to have some FUN.
Do something that used to get you excited.
Here’s some suggestions:
Roller-coaster. Slip n slide. Bowling. Golf. Rock climbing.
Hiking. Swimming. Picnic. A walk. A drive. Plan a vacation.
Think of something that will get you excited to get out of bed for, and do it.
oh yeah, and could we suggest that you do your best to make this happen with the people you live with.
