Taking time to get inspired and to dream big is a major part of discerning your path.
Praying and listening is the first step.
Think about the things you want to do. The places you want to go, the people and organizations you would love to be able to help.
Clarify the why before the what.
Your why will give you the drive when things get difficult and overwhelming.
This week take some time to reflect on the things you have started.
Did you finish? If not, why?
What were the obstacles?
How did you manage your time?
Did you have all that you needed to make it work?
This year, make a decision not to commit to things you cannot finish. One suggestion to help with this decision is to accept that you must be willing to say no to the things that will detract you from completing the things you are meant to finish.
Pray – Reflect – Act – Repeat
….and one more thing, don’t forget to have fun! Your joy will be contagious.
Verse of the week
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
