We have all felt uneasy at times. From the pressure to complete a project, to having to do something out of our comfort zone; we have all been there.
This feeling can often be looked upon as a warning light. It gives us the opportunity to ask some really tough questions that must be worked out.
Most likely there are three available answers to those questions:
- Not now
Seem simple? Maybe a little too simple?
Good, because our willingness to be crystal clear with our answers is one of the best ways to be honest and get to the point.
It takes courage to do what is right, and how we respond is determined by how faithful we are to what we believe.
This week your challenge is to spend some time reflecting on the things that make you feel uneasy.
Where are you being challenged in your life?
Who is someone who can help you?
Are you willing to do whatever it takes to make the necessary changes?
If you are uneasy about a relationship, finances, work, school, your list(s) of things to do, or even the pressure to always be the one who has all of the answers, there is HOPE!
Start by asking the One who is able to bring peace and clarity in the midst of any circumstance to lead and direct your thoughts and steps.
You have what it takes, and as St. John Paul II said, it’s time to launch out into the deep!
Verse of the week:
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
