This week the challenge is to open the door for as many people as you can and say something encouraging to the person as they walk by. Whatever you choose to say such as, have a great day, do your best to make eye contact and smile.
Why is this important? Because it requires us to pay attention to the people around us. This simple act of kindness goes beyond creed, race and status. It is an act that can show someone they are noticed.
These moments that we intentionally create become opportunities to share something that money cannot buy.
As we become door holders, may our kindness, words and smile be a catalyst that helps someone go from good to great.
Verse of the week:
Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
