Access Point | 1519 | Two Great Questions

missing puzzle piece

Everyday we go through the motions of our to-do lists, responding to the endless texts and emails, appointments, deadlines, expectations and the many other responsibilities that are a part of our daily routines.

But that just it, the routines. Sometimes we have to be willing to disrupt the routine and challenge the reason/motive we are choosing to do the things we do.

We recently came across two questions that have helped us to disrupt our routine and help bring direction to some changes that needed to be made.

The two great questions:

Who are you?

What breaks your heart?

Sound simple?

The challenge this week is to work these questions out. Write them in places that you know you will see them, and take the time to honestly answer them.

If there is some tension in your answer, thats great! We encourage you to do whatever is necessary to make sure that what you do, is a solution to what breaks your heart. The cross is the example of how to do it.

Verse of the week:

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
